  • Bottle/pump-part cleaning

  • Nursery tidying & folding/baby laundry

  • Support for your rest & routines

  • Additional support add-ons: light household support (meal prep, cleaning outside of newborn care)

Getting started is simple— here’s how we’ll move forward to restful nights.

1. Schedule a Consultation.

A virtual meeting to discuss what support looks like, answer any questions that you may have, and ensure we are a good fit.

2. Make it Official.

Once you have decided how many hours you would like to book, I will send over our contract with the invoice included. Typically, 50% of the total fee is due at signing with the remaining due at 36 weeks. If baby is already here, payment may be due in full at the time of booking.

3. Getting to Know You.

I will send over a client intake form to gather more details, like your address, feeding preferences, and additional ways I can support you.

4. Let’s Meet.

Inviting someone into your home to care for your newborn can feel like a big step. To help you feel comfortable, I’m happy to meet in person— either before your baby arrives or prior to our first overnight. This gives us the opportunity to talk through any final details and connect face-to-face.

5. It’s Go Time.

We’ll confirm dates, times, & plan for my first overnight.
